Duty to Inform Statement
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). Contact with me
If you contact me by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by me for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.
Data storage
I point out that in the event of a contract the following data will be stored with me:
NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, URL of the website, UID NUMBER, IBAN, BIC.
The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, I can not conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, except the transmission of account data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting payments as well as to my tax advisor to fulfill my tax obligations.
In the event that a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Datenspeicherung
Ich weise darauf hin, dass im Falle eines Vertragsabschlusses folgende Daten bei mir gespeichert werden:

Die von Ihnen bereit gestellten Daten sind zur Vertragserfüllung bzw. zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ohne diese Daten kann ich den Vertrag mit Ihnen nicht abschließen. Eine Datenübermittlung an Dritte erfolgt nicht, mit Ausnahme der Übermittlung von Kontendaten an die abwickelnden Bankinstitute / Zahlungsdienstleister zum Zwecke der Abbuchung von Zahlungen sowie an meinen Steuerberater zur Erfüllung meiner steuerrechtlichen Verpflichtungen.
Im Falle eines Vertragsabschlusses werden sämtliche Daten aus dem Vertragsverhältnis bis zum Ablauf der steuerrechtlichen Aufbewahrungsfrist (7 Jahre) gespeichert.
Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des § 96 Abs 3 TKG sowie des Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (Einwilligung) und/oder lit b (notwendig zur Vertragserfüllung) der DSGVO.
